EMPLOYMENT POSTERS IN INDIANAEmployers are required by both state and federal governments to display various posters in their facilities to notify employees, and possibly applicants for employment, of certain benefits or rights they have under the law. In this article, we list the posters that we have found are required by either the state of Indiana or the federal government to be displayed in an employer's facility. You also should check the laws of any local government (e.g. , a city) in which you are located. Most, if not all, of the listed agencies will send the required posters upon request at no charge.
The posters must be displayed in a conspicuous location.
We think our list is complete, but, if you know of a poster we missed, please let us know. We will check concerning it and, if it is required, will include it in an update of this article.
